Replayfy is built to be driven from the keyboard. You can scrub a recording, jump between sessions, hop to any page, and create funnels or cohorts without ever reaching for the mouse. This page lists the shortcuts that actually ship in the dashboard, grouped by where they work.
Shortcuts that use a modifier are written with the macOS keys (, , ). On Windows and Linux, use Ctrl wherever you see and Alt wherever you see .
You can pull up an in-app cheat sheet at any time: open the account menu (your avatar, bottom-left of the dashboard) and choose Keyboard shortcuts.

Session replay player

These work while you have a recording open, for both web and mobile sessions. They are ignored while your cursor is in a text field, so typing a comment or a filter never triggers playback.
J, K, and L are the classic editor-style transport: J slows playback down, L speeds it up, and K (like Space) toggles play/pause. Playback speed steps through the same set you get from the speed button on the player — 0.25× up to .
Focus mode (F) expands the player into a distraction-free view that hides the surrounding panels so you can concentrate on the screen. Press F again or hit Esc to return to the full session view.
The arrow keys nudge the playhead by a small amount; hold for a bigger jump. Use them to land precisely on the moment just before a rage click or an error.

Seeking with the mouse

A few player actions are mouse-only — worth knowing alongside the keys:
  • Click any event marker on the scrubber to seek straight to that moment.
  • Click and drag the scrubber to scrub through the recording.
  • The speed control and Skip idle time button live in the player’s hover controls at the bottom of the stage.

Global & navigation

These work anywhere in the dashboard.
⌘1⌘9 map to your workspaces in the order they appear in the workspace switcher, so ⌘1 is always your first workspace.

Command palette

Press ⌘K to open the command palette — a single search box that jumps to pages, recordings, users, funnels, cohorts, playlists, and settings panels, and can kick off “New” actions. Start typing to filter; live results for recordings and users appear as you search.

Quick-create sequences

Create the most common objects with a two-key sequence: tap N, then the object’s key. After you press N you have a short moment to press the second key. These are ignored while you are typing in a field.
The same “New” actions are available inside the command palette (⌘K), which shows the matching N sequence next to each one — handy while you learn them.

Recordings search & filters

The Recordings list has its own search bar for building session filters (by user, URL, device, and more). While you are on that page:
On the Recordings list, ⌘K jumps straight into the filter bar instead of opening the global command palette — so you can start narrowing sessions immediately. Everywhere else in the dashboard, ⌘K opens the palette.

Quick reference

Space/K play-pause, / step (add for a bigger jump), J/L slow down / speed up, [/] previous / next session, F focus mode, Esc to leave focus mode.
⌘K opens the command palette — search for any page, recording, user, funnel, cohort, or settings panel, then / and to jump to it.
Tap N, then F (funnel), C (cohort), P (playlist), or A (alert). Or open ⌘K and pick the matching “New” action.
⌘1⌘9 switch straight to a workspace by its position in the switcher. ⌥⇧Q signs you out.
